1. About this policy

This policy explains how Hearro Technology (“we”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and deletes information when you use Color Look (“the app”), including how to request account and data deletion through this website.

2. Information the app processes

• Local game data and preferences — stage progress, Gold, Item inventory, run results, restart state, language, accessibility preferences, and privacy choices.
• Anonymous account and sync data — when online services are available, the app may create an anonymous Unity Authentication player ID and sync necessary progression through Unity Cloud Save.
• Analytics you allow — low-cardinality gameplay and reliability events to help us understand use and problems. These do not include player-authored text, direct contact details, or raw challenge colors.
• Purchase and advertising data — product identifiers, purchase entitlement status, and information needed for opted-in rewarded-ad grants. Payments are handled by Google Play or the App Store, not by the app.

3. How we use information

• Save your progress, Gold, Items, and game results.
• Sync data and coordinate in-game rewards or economy operations when you use online services.
• Process in-app purchases and rewarded-ad grants that you choose to receive.
• Analyze and improve reliability when you consent to Analytics.
• Respond to privacy and account requests.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Consent and children

On first launch, the app asks only for an age band: under 13 or 13 and older; it does not store a date of birth. Under-13 players have Analytics and personalized-ad consent disabled. For players 13 and older, both choices also start off and can be changed in Settings → Privacy & account. Rewarded-ad participation remains optional at every placement.

Payment processing, purchase validation, entitlement recovery, and platform records.

We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business reorganization with appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention and choices

Local data remains until you clear app data, uninstall, or delete it through the app. Revoking Analytics consent stops new analytics events, and you can submit an Analytics deletion request in the app. Account and Cloud Save data are retained as necessary to operate the service until you delete the account or ask us to act, except where legal or platform requirements require retention.

7. How to request account and data deletion

In the app: go to Settings → Privacy & account and choose “Delete account and cloud data” while connected to the Internet. The app deletes default Unity Cloud Save data, deletes the Unity Authentication account, requests Analytics deletion, and removes Color Look’s known local save files and preferences.

If you cannot access the app, or prefer a web request: email support@hearrotech.com with the subject “Account and data deletion request — Color Look.” Include your Unity player ID or another identifier that helps locate the account, your country or region, and whether you want account, cloud, or Analytics data deleted. We may request additional information to verify account ownership before acting.

After verification, we will delete the anonymous account, default Cloud Save data, request Analytics deletion, and remove known local save data within the scope of the request. Deletion does not remove purchase records that a platform or law requires to be retained, and may not remove Unity SDK preferences needed to retry a deletion operation.

8. Security, international processing, and changes

We use transport encryption, access controls, and risk-appropriate safeguards. Information may be processed in countries where our providers operate. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the app, providers, or applicable requirements change; the latest version will be published on this page.
