Pastel PuzzlePrivacy policy

Updated and effective 25 October 2026

HEARRO TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. develops Pastel Puzzle and is responsible for the information we process to operate it. This policy covers the Android and iOS app. Services vary by platform, version, and the features you use. Publication of this policy does not indicate that the game is available for download.

1. On-device data

The game stores stage progress, stars, keys, coins, energy and regeneration timestamps, cosmetics, settings, language, analytics consent, and entitlement or transaction history on your device. These support resuming play, resource calculations, and duplicate-reward prevention. Local backups may help restore damaged saves.

2. Accounts & online services

Solo play does not require interactive sign-in. Game services may create or restore an anonymous Unity Authentication player ID and link Steam, Google Play Games, or Game Center when you use those platform accounts. Online rankings process player IDs, display names, and gameplay results that other players may see. The online mode in development, when enabled, processes rooms, participants, characters, positions, gameplay commands, and communication signals through Unity networking services to support shared play. Local progress and the coin wallet are not automatically synchronized across devices.

3. Advertising & purchases

Mobile purchases use Unity IAP and Steam purchases use Steam services. Product IDs, transaction IDs, receipts, account-verification information, and entitlement history support purchases. Cloud Code verifies records with Google, Apple, or Steam and stores verification records in Cloud Save to deliver items, prevent duplicate receipts, and restore supported entitlements. The game does not directly receive payment-card numbers. Live purchasing depends on platform availability. Mobile rewarded ads use Unity LevelPlay and associated ad networks, which may process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, device details, and ad views or interactions to provide ads and verify rewards. Personalized-ad consent is not inferred from sign-in or analytics consent.

4. Analytics & support

Analytics is optional, off by default, and can be changed in Settings. With consent, Unity Analytics processes session starts, level starts and finishes, gameplay duration and outcomes, continuation counts, full collections, account connections, verified purchases, and available ad-impression information to understand usage and improve the game. Game-defined events do not include receipts, account credentials, or player-entered names. If you contact support, we receive your email and the information you provide.

5. Your choices

You can change analytics consent in Settings and remove local data by clearing app data or uninstalling. Unbacked-up progress may be unrecoverable. Deleting a save does not automatically delete Store transactions, platform accounts, or service-side receipt-verification records. Contact us with the game name and a relevant player or transaction ID to request access, correction, or deletion of service data. Do not send passwords or authentication tokens.

6. Purposes & disclosure

We use relevant information to provide requested services, save and restore play, deliver purchases and rewards, maintain security, prevent duplicate grants or fraud, and answer support requests. Processing may rely on service necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or consent, as applicable. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to providers involved in the features you use or as legally required. Providers may process data on servers outside your country under their policies and safeguards.

7. Retention & security

Local data remains until replaced or deleted, including copies the operating system may back up. Online records are retained as needed for accounts, service delivery, troubleshooting, or legal duties, and considered for deletion or de-identification when no longer needed. Some transaction records may be retained for audit or legal requirements; provider-held records follow the provider’s policy. We use appropriate technical and access controls, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Access, correction & deletion

Email support@hearrotech.com with the game name and your request. If available, include a relevant player ID or transaction ID to help locate records. We may request only the information needed to verify ownership. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or authentication tokens. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, withdraw consent, and exercise other rights. Deletion may prevent progress recovery and does not delete records the Store must retain. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority if dissatisfied with our response.

9. Children & guardians

A Store age rating does not establish the age for legal consent. Where parental consent is required, a guardian should supervise online services and purchases. Contact us if a child’s information was submitted without required consent so we can investigate and take appropriate deletion action.

10. Providers & policy changes

Read the policies for the services you use below. Additional advertising or tracking choices may be available in provider consent screens and operating-system Settings. We update the date on this page when the policy changes and provide additional notice where required.
