1. Scope

This policy explains how Hearro Technology (“we”) collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes information when you use Chalak Kin Mai Baeng.

2. Information we collect

• App-generated device ID and Firebase anonymous ID.
• Display name and avatar you choose.
• FCM notification token and notification preferences.
• Simulated tickets, credits, results, history, rankings, and sharing-related data.
• Advertising identifiers, ad interaction, device and app version, IP address, and diagnostics processed by our systems or Google Mobile Ads.

3. How we use information

We use information to maintain an anonymous account, save game activity, calculate results and rankings, send requested notifications, show and measure advertising, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, respond to requests, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

4. Service providers

We may use Firebase Authentication, Firebase Storage, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Mobile Ads, and device sharing features such as Facebook Share as needed to operate the app. Their own policies apply to their processing.

5. Retention and deletion

Account, profile, game, and ranking data may be retained while the account is active and for up to 24 months after the last activity. Technical and security logs may be retained for up to 180 days. Approved deletion requests are processed within 30 days, while backups may persist for up to 90 additional days.

6. Your choices

You may disable notifications in device settings, decline sharing, or clear local app data. To request server-side deletion, email support@hearrotech.com with the Firebase anonymous ID or app device ID shown in your profile where available.

7. Security

We use measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, authentication, access controls, environment separation, and monitoring. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Contact and changes

We may update this policy when the service, technology, or applicable requirements change. The latest version and effective date will be published here.
